The village of Kosharitsa is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Nessebar Municipality, Bourgas District. It is situated at only 3km from famous sea resort Sunny Beach.The last few years (around 2004), Kosharitza village has started expanding quickly due to its proximity of Sunny beach resort. The tourism sector is especially privileged with the intensive construction of holiday villages and villas.Besides the closeness of the sea, an additional advantage for the village is its location at the foot of the Balkan mountains.
